Having the ability to remove abilities and/or give one of your creatures indestructible on top of a great sweeper feels very powerful
Who knows what it will sell for were he to ever sell it, as collector items like these really embody the its worth whatever someone is willing to pay mantra
The main issue is the land enters tapped which makes it problematic in situations where you would want the mana or the ability to be available
